Our recipe of the week, something different with a special touch. A Bread Rib eye
On this occasion, we’ll use Ribs Steak, this meat cut comes from the beef tenderloins. It's a product with bone, compounded by a part of the rib, Rib Eye, Borrega, and the plane bones of the ribs needle. It presents fat coverage in white colors.
We’ll pair it with delicious fries.
